QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
We have over 8 years in woodworking and cabinets making experience.
Cabinets are frame design with all plywood cabinet boxes.
We begin by hand selecting the finest hardwood and plywood
available for you project. No particle board or
melamine is used in our cabinets.
|
 |
Pocket hole joinery is used throughout
the cabinet. Both in the face frames and also attaching the
cabinet boxes to the faces. |
 |
|
Each joint is carefully glued and
clamped with high quality adhesive to create a permanent joint. |

It was a
real pleasure meeting and working with Jon
of Yoder's Quality Kitchens. His
workmanship, quality, and attention to
detail were superb. I would definitely
recommend him.

Drawer boxes are either Baltic birch plywood assembled with
glue and staples (which produce a very durable, cost
effective drawer,) or a solid wood, dovetailed drawer;
whichever the customer prefers. Drawer Guides can be hidden
(underneath) per the dovetailed drawer to the
right,
Cabinet sides and tops
are dadoed before they are glued and clamped.
Face frames are glued, clamped, and joined with
pocket hole screws.

We are capable of doing any stain or glazed finishes.
High quality finishes are applied in our large paint booth.
Our finish is a conversion varnish by CCI. Conversion
varnishes are considered #1 in producing a high quality
durable finish that stands up to years of use, water and a
host of household products.
